Psychological Self-Awareness is the capacity to tune into your own feelings, sense inner signals, and acknowledge how your sensations affect you and your performance. It is an essential skill for management at any level, along with numerous aspects of life. The function of developing Emotional Self-Awareness is that it permits us to understand how our physical sensations and our feelings impact ourselves, others, and our environment.
Therefore, the more we practice it, the more skilled we become and the greater our capability to recognize the area between stimuli and our action to that stimuli, ensuring a more conscious and proficient approach.
